GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
Selectarc takes the protection of personal data to heart. The user can browse the various sites published by Selectarc without providing personal data. However, processing of personal data may be necessary to respond to the user’s requests. This data protection policy aims to detail how Selectarc collects, manages and processes personal data on the website “Selectarc.com”. The processing of personal data is always carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, in particular the European Regulation of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of personal data (known as “GDPR”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, as amended (the “Data Protection Act”).

1. Personal data collected:
Users’ personal data may be collected through various channels when the user browses the Sites, in particular when exchanging emails or telephone communications with our teams, or when creating an account on the recruitment platform or on the purchasing portal.
In this context, Selectarc may be required to collect various personal data:
• An email address
• First and last names
• The IP address, to remember the browser language
• The CV for recruitment management
• A telephone number
The data thus collected always comes from voluntary registration by users, with the exception of the IP address, which is recorded automatically.
Selectarc may also provide global statistics concerning users of the Sites. These statistics will not include any information allowing the identification of users.
2. Purposes and legal bases:
In general, the data collected allows the sites to function properly.
Selectarc collects personal data for several purposes:

3. Data recipients:
The recipient of the user’s personal data is Selectarc.
Thus, the data collected by means of contact email addresses are intended for the persons in charge of processing the information within Selectarc.
The data collected related to responses to job offers are intended for the persons in charge of recruitment at Selectarc.
In general, the data collected by Selectarc, on the Sites, are for purely internal use and are not subject to any form of communication, transfer or disclosure to third parties, except with the express written authorization of the user concerned and with the exception of legal or judicial constraints.
4. Retention periods:
Selectarc only retains its users’ personal data for the duration necessary for the purpose of the processing. Thus, the data provided when the user contacts Selectarc is retained for a period of 5 years after the last contact. Recruitment data is retained for 1 year after the last contact with the candidate. Browsing data is retained for 5 years and data relating to audience measurements is retained for 5 years.
5. User rights:
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, users of the Sites have several rights over their personal data, which they can exercise in writing, specifying their surname, first name and email address, at the following addresses:

6.1. Right of access
The user has the right to access his data. In this context, he can obtain from Selectarc confirmation that it processes his personal data, a copy of this data as well as all of the following information:

• The categories of data concerned
• The recipients of the data including the case where a transfer of data outside the European Union should take place
• The duration of storage of said data
• The rights he has over his data
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
• The existence or not of automated decision-making including profiling and the consequences of said automated decision
6.2. Right of rectification
The user has the right to obtain the rectification of data that is inaccurate or incomplete.

6.3. Right to erasure
The user may request the erasure of their data when one of the following reasons applies:

• The data is subject to unlawful processing

• The exercise of the right to freedom of expression
• Compliance with a legal obligation
• The establishment, exercise or defense of legal rights

6.4. Right to restriction of processing
- The user may request the limitation of the processing concerning him when:
- The accuracy of the data is contested and the data controller verifies this accuracy,
- The processing is unlawful and the user wishes to limit the use of his data rather than erase it,
- The data controller no longer needs the data but it is still necessary for the user to establish, exercise or defend his rights in court,
- The user has objected to the processing of his data and the data controller must verify his request.
6.5. Right to portability

6.6. Right to object
The user may object to the processing of his/her data, including profiling, when this is based on a mission of public interest or on the legitimate interest of the data controller, unless there are legitimate and compelling reasons for the processing, or this processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend his/her rights in court. The user may object at any time to the processing of his/her data for commercial prospecting purposes, including profiling linked to said prospecting.
6.7. Automated decision
The user has the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, unless:
• The decision is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract
• The decision is authorized by applicable law
• The decision is based on the user’s consent
The user’s personal data are never subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing.

The Site “Selectarc.com” may allow the user to access third-party sites such as partner sites and in particular to access the Selectarc page of social networks such as:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
It also allows you to share certain content on the aforementioned social networks.
The user is informed that if he accesses social networks through these links or partner sites, Selectarc is not responsible for the management of personal data.
