Selectarc TIG Ni65

TIG NI65 is a nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum filler rod specifically designed for TIG welding of Alloy 825 (NiCr21Mo) alloys. Compliant with AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCr-1 and ISO 18274 S Ni 8065 (NiFe30Cr21Mo3) standards, it delivers excellent corrosion resistance in highly aggressive environments. Its alloyed composition provides outstanding resistance to oxidizing and reducing media, phosphoric and sulfuric acids, as well as seawater exposure. TIG NI65 enables the production of reliable and durable welds on nickel alloys used in demanding corrosive and chemical service conditions. This welding filler metal is particularly suitable for chemical and petrochemical processing equipment, shipbuilding, seawater treatment and desalination plants, as well as offshore installations.
