Selectarc MIG Ni65

MIG NI65 is a nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum solid wire specifically designed for MIG welding of Alloy 825 (NiCr21Mo) alloys. Compliant with AWS A5.14 ERNiFeCr-1 and ISO 18274 S Ni 8065 (NiFe30Cr21Mo3) standards, it delivers excellent performance in highly corrosive environments. Its alloyed composition provides outstanding resistance to oxidizing and reducing media, phosphoric and sulfuric acids, as well as seawater exposure. MIG NI65 enables reliable and durable welds on equipment subjected to severe chemical, thermal and corrosive conditions. This welding wire is particularly suitable for chemical and petrochemical processing industries, shipbuilding, offshore installations, and seawater treatment and desalination plants.
