Selectarc FCW 60NB

Selectarc FCW 60NB is a slag-free metal-powder flux-cored wire designed for gas-shielded hardfacing of parts subjected to impact and heavy abrasion. The deposited metal has a crack-free martensitic structure with finely dispersed niobium carbide particles, and remains machinable despite its high hardness. It is especially suitable for crusher hammers and rolls, bucket teeth and cutting edges, bulldozer and scraper blades, and rotary crusher cones.
