Selectarc TIG F57N

The Selectarc TIG F57N is a filler rod specifically developed for TIG welding of S355-grade structural steels and equivalents (S235-S355; P235-P355; S255N-S355). Compliant with ISO 636-A W Z 2Si(Cr), its chromium content provides superior resistance to corrosion and erosion caused by water flow, compared to standard ER70S-3 or ER70S-6 products. With a typical yield strength of 530 MPa and tensile strength of 610 MPa, it is particularly recommended for high-quality, closely inspected applications: nuclear piping, root pass and fill-pass welding. Recommended shielding gas: pure Argon (6–12 l/min).
