Selectarc TIG NI65

This nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum alloy rod, designated TIG NI65, is specifically designed for GTAW welding applications. It exhibits excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing agents, including sulfuric and phosphoric acids, as well as seawater. It’s a robust material suited for demanding environments and applications requiring corrosion resistance. The material conforms to AWS A5.14 and ISO 18274 standards.

Primarily used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, shipbuilding, and installations for seawater desalination. It is ideal for welding components exposed to corrosive environments such as those found in marine applications or chemical processing plants. The rod’s composition provides superior resistance to degradation from acids and seawater.
