Selectarc TIG NI61

This solid rod is specifically designed for GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) of pure Nickel grades such as Alloy 200, Ni201, and Ni99.2. It’s also suitable for heterogeneous welding of steel onto Nickel or Copper-Nickel alloys. It’s characterized by a composition containing a minimum of 93% Nickel, along with controlled levels of Carbon, Silicon, Manganese, Copper, and other elements to ensure optimal weld properties.

This product is primarily utilized in chemical and petrochemical industries for various applications, including sub-assembly layers. Its key applications include welding Nickel-based alloys (Alloy 200, Ni201, Ni99.2) and steel components, and it’s compatible with Copper-Nickel alloys. It’s suitable for both TIG welding with Ar shielding gas and for applications requiring specific flow rates (6-12 l/min for primary and 3-6 l/min for back shielding).
