Selectarc TIG 18/8MN

This solid rod is specifically designed for GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) of austenitic steels containing high manganese. The weld deposit is non-magnetic and exhibits excellent resistance to cracking and is self-hardening. It’s ideal for homogenous and heterogenous welding of manganese steels, particularly Hadfield steels (13% Mn), and is also suitable for creating cushion layers prior to hardfacing, as well as repairing components subjected to shocks or wear.
