Selectarc TBM 12 NCs

The TBM 12NCs is a composite rod comprising a homogenous mixture of aluminium alloy and a non-corrosive flux, specifically designed for high-strength brazing of sheet, forged, or cast aluminium parts. This wire ensures a good colour match, a low bonding temperature, and excellent electrical conductivity. It’s adaptable for brazing aluminium and low aluminium alloys, utilizing various heat sources including torch, induction, and furnace. The non-corrosive flux eliminates the need for post-braze cleaning and extra flux handling systems, resulting in a robust and durable joint.

This brazing wire is ideally suited for repairing aluminium parts, manufacturing aluminium connectors, and joining components in heat exchangers, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, radiators, and automotive applications. It’s also suitable for joining copper to aluminium alloy, although not recommended for aluminium-magnesium alloys (Mg>0.60).
