This solid wire is specifically designed for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) of martensitic Cr-Ni stainless steels, particularly those with a similar chemical composition to grade 410NiMo. It is primarily utilized for maintenance and repair operations on casting parts, with common applications including the repair of turbines and pumps. This wire offers robust mechanical properties following Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) at 580°C for 8 hours.
