Selectarc Inox 316NG
This is a low carbon basic coated molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless-steel electrode (E316L-15). It’s designed for stable arc formation, easy weld pool observation, and efficient slag removal, resulting in regular weld beads. It exhibits good behaviour in positional welding and on poorly prepared joints. The electrode offers excellent mechanical properties suitable for a range of applications, primarily welding and cladding on austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steels and clad plates. It’s engineered for service temperatures from -196°C to +400°C within the chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, and shipbuilding, specifically for welding pipes, tanks, and heat exchangers.
Ideal for welding and cladding of austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo stainless steels and clad plates. Specifically suited for applications in the chemical, petrochemical, refineries and shipbuilding sectors, including the fabrication of pipes, tanks and heat exchangers. Recommended for service temperatures ranging from -196°C to +400°C.
