Selectarc Inox 312HR

Selectarc Inox 312HR is a synthetic electrode designed for welding difficult-to-weld steels. Featuring a rutile coating, this electrode is ideal for overlaying and welding high-strength steels, stainless steels, and galvanised steels. It offers exceptional crack resistance, minimal spatter, self-releasing slag, and a high recovery rate (160%).

This electrode is particularly recommended as a buffer layer before hardfacing operations and for welding a variety of steels including low alloy steels, carbon steels, galvanised steels, high-strength steels, stainless steels, tools steels, austenitic steels with Mn, screening steels, spring steels and for armatures and wire lattice for reinforced concrete. It’s suitable for applications requiring robust weld performance and resistance to cracking.
