Selectarc HB66
The Selectarc HB66 is a coated electrode designed for applications requiring high abrasion resistance. Featuring a high alloy content, this electrode is particularly suitable for hardfacing components subjected to significant friction, high operating temperatures up to 550°C, and corrosive environments. It offers easy welding, smooth drop transfer, and minimal slag content, contributing to efficient and robust hardfacing solutions.
This electrode is ideal for hardfacing applications in demanding environments, including ash plows, coke crusher segments, screw conveyers, valves, exhaust fans, agitator fingers, mill guides, mixer paddles, rake teeth in furnaces, tong bits, slag ladles, and elevator bucket tips. It is recommended for situations where high abrasion resistance and heat exposure are critical.
