Selectarc FCO 67

This self-shielded hardfacing cored wire is designed for applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance. It’s a tubular wire specifically formulated for welding hardfacing onto components exposed to significant wear and tear, including shocks, at service temperatures up to 650°C. The wire allows for the application of 2 or 3 layers of hardfacing. It’s important to consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for fume information. Relief checking is a normal characteristic of this material.

This product is ideal for use in demanding environments such as ash plows, coke crusher segments, screw conveyers, valves, exhaust fans, and rake teeth in furnaces, where high abrasion resistance is essential. It’s suitable for both single and multi-layer hardfacing applications.
