Selectarc FCW 309LMOP

This flux cored wire (FCW) is specifically designed for gas shielded arc welding of stainless steel 309L alloyed with Molybdenum. It offers versatility for all welding positions and can be utilized for various applications including welding similar stainless steel compositions, creating buffer layers, and rebuilding before hardfacing. It’s compatible with mixed shielding gases (Ar + CO2 or 100% CO2) and supports service temperatures up to +350°C.

This FCW is ideally suited for welding stainless steel 309L, particularly in applications requiring a buffer layer or for rebuilding operations before hardfacing. It can also be used for general welding of similar stainless steel alloys. The product is compatible with a range of shielding gas compositions and welding modes.
