Selectarc FCW 16/8 2P

This is a Rutile flux cored wire specifically designed for gas shielded (Ar + CO2) arc welding of austenitic stainless steels with increased carbon content, such as 304H, 316H alloys. It offers excellent creep and oxidation resistance, even under highly restrained conditions, and provides good weldability in all welding positions. This wire is commonly used in demanding applications like petrochemical plants and nuclear power plants.

Suitable for welding austenitic stainless steels (304H, 316H alloys) in various applications including petrochemical and incineration industries, and nuclear plants. Welding mode is FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) with an Ar + CO2 shielding gas. Welding parameters include a current range of 130-270A, a voltage of approximately 22-35V, and a stick out of 12-25mm. The wire diameter is 1.2mm, and the flow rate of the shielding gas should be 18-20 l/min.
