Selectarc HB63S

This is a basic coated, globular spray transfer hardfacing electrode with a high alloy content designed for elements that form carbides. It’s particularly suitable for hardfacing parts subjected to high abrasion, friction, and corrosion. The electrode is easy to weld, offers a smooth drop transfer, and has minimal slag content, making it easy to re-strike even on wet surfaces. It boasts an approximate recovery rate of 210%.

Specifically designed for claddings in sugar mills, roughing or arcing of mill rollers to enhance gripping, and other applications requiring abrasion and corrosion resistance.
