Selectarc TIG F82

TIG F82 is a copper-coated nickel-alloyed welding rod (2.5% Ni) specifically designed for TIG welding of fine-grain steels, high-strength structural steels and low-temperature service steels. Compliant with AWS A5.28 ER80S-Ni2 and ISO 636-A W 42 8 2Ni2 standards, it provides excellent mechanical properties and outstanding impact toughness down to -80°C. Its nickel-alloyed composition ensures high weld metal toughness in extremely cold environments. TIG F82 is particularly suitable for welding liquefied gas storage tanks, cryogenic pipelines, offshore structures and petrochemical industry equipment. This filler metal enables reliable welds on fine-grain and cold-resistant steels while maintaining excellent resistance to mechanical stress and low-temperature service conditions.
