Rod for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) of Copper and similar Copper-Tin alloys. Suitable for surfacing wearing surfaces, repairing Tin-Copper and Brass alloys. This product conforms to AWS A5.7 and ISO 24373 standards (S Cu 5180A – CuSn6P).

This welding rod is primarily used for the GTAW process, specifically for repairing and surfacing applications involving Copper, Copper-Tin, and Brass alloys. It’s particularly suited for reinforcing surfaces subjected to wear and tear, and for repairing defects in these alloys. Preheating of thick sections is recommended.
