This cobalt-based solid rod is specifically designed for TIG harfacing applications utilizing Cobalt Grade 25 and alloys with similar chemical compositions, such as Alloy 25 and L-605. It offers exceptional resistance to metal-metal wear, oxidation up to 1000°C, and significant mechanical shock resistance. The material demonstrates excellent resistance to cracking, work hardening, cavitation, and erosion, and produces a non-magnetic weld deposit.
