Selectarc MIG NIW

This nickel alloy wire (HASTELLOY W®) is specifically designed for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) applications. It features a composition of NiMo25Cr5Fe5 and is suitable for manufacturing, repair, and maintenance operations within the aerospace industry, particularly for engine components. It’s a key material for use with HASTELLOY W® nickel alloys.

Ideal for GMAW welding of HASTELLOY W® nickel alloys, primarily within the aerospace sector for engine manufacturing, repair, and maintenance. Recommended welding parameters are provided, including current, voltage, shielding gas flow rates (15-20 l/min) and specific gas mixtures (ISO 14175: I1, I3, Z).
