Selectarc MIG NI90

This solid wire is specifically designed for Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) of nickel alloys such as NIMONIC 80A and 90. It is formulated with a precise chemical composition – typically containing between 18.00% and 0.13% Carbon, 15.00% and 1.00% Silicon, and a significant amount of Nickel (ranging from 50.0% to >50.0%) – to ensure optimal weld performance and material compatibility. The wire is suitable for demanding applications requiring high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance.

The MIG NI90 wire is primarily utilized in applications involving nickel alloy welding, including combustion chambers, engine components, gas turbine parts, and within the petrochemical industry, particularly for oven construction. It is ideal for GMAW processes and is compatible with various shielding gases and current ranges, as specified in the welding instructions.
