This flux-cored wire is specifically designed for gas-shielded arc welding (Ar + CO2) in all positions, utilizing Super Duplex steels such as Uranus 45N, 52N, 2205, 2304, and 2507. It offers excellent resistance to severe corrosive environments, including inter-crystalline attack, pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion. Suitable for applications with service temperatures up to 250°C. The wire features a rutile fast-freezing characteristic, facilitating welding in all positions.
