Selectarc Inox 410NiMoB

This stainless steel electrode, designated 410NiMoB, is a coated electrode designed for repair and construction welding of martensitic stainless steels with similar compositions. It offers a stable arc, facilitates easy slag removal, and produces regular weld beads. Ideal for applications involving hydraulic turbines, pumps, valve bodies, and compressor parts, this electrode is known for its robust performance and ease of use.

This electrode is primarily used for repairing and constructing welds on martensitic stainless steels containing chromium, nickel, molybdenum and boron. It’s particularly suited for applications in the hydraulic machinery sector (turbines, pumps, valves) and compressor parts. Preheating the base material to 200-300°C and subsequent post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) at 600°C for 4 hours are recommended for optimal results.
