Selectarc Zinal 4 TBW

ZINAL 4 TBW is a zinc-aluminium (ZnAl 98/2) tubular brazing wire with an integrated non-corrosive flux, specially designed for brazing magnesium-free aluminium alloys as well as for dissimilar joints between aluminium, copper and steel. Its TBW (Tubular Brazing Wire) technology eliminates the need for manual flux application and requires no cleaning after brazing. Thanks to its low melting temperature, ZINAL 4 TBW minimises the risk of overheating the parts and ensures reliable joints whilst preserving the base materials. It is particularly suitable for brazing 1000, 3000 and 6000 series aluminium. This filler metal is widely used in the manufacture and repair of heat exchangers, air conditioning systems, radiators and automotive cooling equipment.
