Selectarc FCW Zinal 44
ZINAL 44 FCW is a Flux Cored Wire made from a Zn-Al alloy (78:22) featuring a non-corrosive flux core. This wire eliminates the need for external flux application, simplifying the brazing process. Designed for joining aluminium alloys, particularly series 1000, 3000 and 6000 (Mg<1%), it reduces the risk of overheating due to its low melting point. The non-corrosive flux eliminates the requirement for post-brazing cleaning, enhancing efficiency. It's suitable for joining aluminium to copper, brass and stainless steel, commonly used in heat exchangers, air-conditioners and refrigeration systems.
This Flux Cored Wire is ideal for brazing aluminium alloys, specifically those within the 1000, 3000, and 6000 series (with magnesium content less than 1%). It’s well-suited for applications such as manufacturing heat exchangers, air conditioning units, condensers, and automotive refrigeration systems. The wire’s low melting point and non-corrosive flux make it a versatile choice for joining aluminium to other metals like copper, brass, and stainless steel, without the need for post-brazing cleaning.
