Selectarc FCW Zinal 4

ZINAL 4 FCW is a Flux Cored Wire made from a Zn-Al alloy (98:2) featuring a non-corrosive flux within its core. This wire requires no external flux application during brazing. Its low melting point minimizes the risk of overheating parts. The non-corrosive flux eliminates the need for post-brazing cleaning. It’s ideal for joining aluminium alloys, particularly those in the 1000, 3000, and 6000 series (Mg<1%), and can also be used in joints with copper, brass, and stainless steel.

This flux-cored wire is primarily used in applications such as heat exchangers, air conditioning units, and automotive refrigeration systems. It’s specifically designed for joining aluminium alloys, but can also be utilized for joining aluminium with copper, brass, and stainless steel.
