Locking wire and breaking wire are ready-to-use and intended mainly for locking nuts in the aeronautical and automotive industries in order to ensure the safety of mechanical assemblies.

The wire and the metallization powder are consumables which make it possible to respond to the corrosion and wear of a part. Indeed, metallization consists of reconstituting a shape by adding and projecting metal wire or powder.
Thermal spray
"Thermal spraying is an industrial process used in the surface treatment by adding material by dry process. It consists of projecting a material, generally in the form of wire or powder, at high temperature using a carrier gas. and at high speed, on a generally metallic substrate (surface of the part to be coated), in order to form a coating.
This coating, also called "layer" or "deposit", is used to functionalize the surface, i.e. to modify its physical or chemical properties (in terms of corrosion, thermal fatigue, wear, friction, reactivity, etc. ). It can also have an aesthetic function.
